Christ teaches that we are to love God with our all and our neighbor as ourselves.  We are asked to demonstrate this with our time, talent, and treasure.

Treasure:  In the Old Testament God asked his people to recognize him as the owner of all things and to trust him as their provider by giving a tenth of their income towards the service of his house.  In the New Testament, the Apostles tell us not to limit ourselves to this tithe, but to give as much as we can!!  (For time and talent see “Areas of Service”)

Giving is an act of worship and there is an opportunity to give in every worship service.  You may give also at any time via mail or online.  (We do not expect our guests to give.  Use the time instead to reflect on the children’s catechism which is shown and played during the offering.)
