Meet the Staff Youth Director - Ryan Hesse Meet Ryan Hesse. He is our Youth Director at Church of the Cross. Ryan leads a Youth Group on Wednesday nights, directs Youth Services, and is attentive to the needs of the youth. Ryan is married and has been with the church for awhile. Secretary - Kathy Van Vliet Meet our secretary, Kathy Van Vliet. She has served as secretary at Church of the Cross since June, 2008. She enjoys working in the office and serving in ministry at the same time. Kathy keeps busy outside of the office with her 4 children and husband   Interim Pastor - Ray De Does Meet Pastor Ray De Does. He is serving as Interim Pastor until our Search Committee has found a new Pastor for COTC. Pastor De Does and his wife Hilda are serving the Lord in many areas.
